2. The award could be given to more than one Scout at any camp or event.
3. Recipients cannot nominate themselves.
4. Scouts or Leaders can nominate people.
5. Any award decision must be agreed by at least one other person.
6. Recipients must be invested members of either the 19th or 8th/12th Harrow Troops.
7. Receipients can receive the award more than once.
8. Normal term time evenings are excluded from this award unless in VERY exceptional circumstances.
9. All rules above are subject to all kinds of amendments when we need to.

Ash - Awarded the TLWA for forgetting that he had put the flag in his pannier moments before… and then falling off as his leg caught the pole…
Matthew - Awarded the TLWA for not changing to a higher cycle gear when cycling downhill… because the Road sign said “Keep in Low gear”….
